Did it get you too?! Are you listing the possibilities in your head... RIGHT NOW?
If you can think of them now, what's stopping you from conquering them?!
Fear is that voice in our head that says "you can't do that!" "It will never work!". Sometimes your voices can be quiet but there are some instances where that voice will be loud and uncontrollable!
I'm telling you.....DON'T GIVE IN!!!!!!!
Do not let that voice limit you! Do not give into the fear!
*Steps to eliminating your fears!*
Step 1: Identify your fear voice!
Sit quietly with your eyes closed for a few moments and let your mind wonder. Usually it only takes a few seconds to wonder to a place of fear. Briefly listen to want you are thinking. What do you hear? This is what you are telling yourself both consciously and unconsciously! Open your eyes and write it all down!
Step 2: Replace the fears!
Look at what you've written and notice what stands out. On the same sheet of paper and on the same line as the fear, re-write the fear in a positive tone.
Example: I am not smart and it will not work. (FEAR) -------- I am smart and I can do all things I set my mind too (Re-written)
Do this will all of the negative thoughts.
Step 3: Reflect on the re-written positive statements often!
Consistency and frequency is key! Each morning wake up and reflect on the positive statements. Copy it to note cards and put them everywhere such as in your car, on the refrigerator, at your desk, in your purse, or make it the lock screen on your cellphone! When ever you feel down, look at these statements and focus on them!
How it works: You will retrain your brain to focus on the positive statements instead of the negative!
