It is amazing how something so simply can change your life!
It has changed my life in so many ways! I am sure you've heard so much about changing your mindset & abundance but in my opinion, Gratitude completely knocks affirmations out the door!
The reason I say this is because what Gratitude does to us when we are in a grateful mindset! You are transformed from sadness, guilt, depression, and the negative self talk to positive, gratefulness & joy! The feeling that you experience as you run down your 'Gratitude List' and allow yourself to fully feel the joy and happiness of the events, people, or things on your list will transform your day!
It releases the good feeling emotions into your present moment & all you have is this present moment!
Gratitude is something that I encourage everyone I come in contact with to do! I tell my clients to make gratitude list daily, I encourage my friends and family to see the brighter side of things and I practice gratitude myself! The month of November serves as a yearly reminder but it is important to remember that thankfulness & gratitude should be a daily thing!
Even when we are in the thick of difficulties and pain, there is something to be grateful for. Life, for example, because so many people didn’t wake up today! I know that is kind of clique but it’s real. As you get older & get involved with more things, have kids and build relationships and bonds, you find the life is a precious commodity and a limited experience.
I am grateful every day for continued breathe for me and my family! I am grateful for the lives that I touch. I am also grateful for the lives that I touch with no awareness that I have touched them! I am grateful that I can continue to serve my purpose on this earth!
I encourage you to start a gratitude journal or list & to go over it daily, multiple times a day! See how your life transforms! Add to your list, as more things arise & watch joy enter your life!
